Attitude

This is my attitude toward people in general. 

Cherries

Alone

Who will love this child
When others turn away
Who will be there to sacrifice
Turn darkness into light, and
Wipe away the tears each time they fall.

How desperately she needs
The comfort and the peace that love can bring

First Dance

This is about the two guys in the middle of this picture, Daniel and Nathan. The first year i went to Sovereign Grace camp i didn't know about the square dance they have Thursday night. About Tuesday i heard about it, and i have to admit i freaked out a little. i'd never been dancing before, and especially not square dancing! So by the time Thursday night came around i was pretty freaked out. i was afraid i'd be really horrible at the dancing, or that no one would ask me to dance. i'm not sure which had me more worried. But that night something pretty special happened. The second dance was about to start and i was pretty sad. No one had asked me for the first dance and i thought no one would ask me at all. Daniel came up to me and asked me for the next dance, at first i couldn't believe it. And i was thinking about accepting, but then Nathan walks up too. He says to Daniel, "Aw man, I was gonna ask Rae." Daniel replied "Too bad, i got here first." It was so simple, but it made me feel so special. i danced that dance with Daniel, and the next with Nathan. i had a great time and i wasn't too terrible at square dancing after all. So here's a thank you to both of those guys. They made me feel so special, and i'm so glad i met them!
